The Knox County Health Clinic is located in the BOK MEDICAL ARTS BUILDING (the old "Knox Hospital") at 22 White Street in Rockland. This is right across the street from the new entrance to the Rockland Public Library (see map below).

Patients are seen on Wednesday evenings in the facilities of Rockland Family Planning on the first floor of the Bok Building. The clinic's administrative office is located on the second floor of the same building.
